CNSIP Agreement - Schedule A
This document establishes the pre-existing intellectual property of Jonathan Beckwith (CEO of Cenetex) as declared in Schedule A of the CNSIP Agreement signed with MNP LLP. The agreement formally ratifies the Rati ecosystem and related projects as intellectual property that existed prior to employment, establishing clear provenance and ownership.
The Schedule A declaration demonstrates that these projects were independently developed and are explicitly excluded from any employer IP claims under Section 3.7 of the agreement.
